You call me out upon the waters, the Great Unknown, where feet may fail. And there I find you in the mystery, in oceans deep, my faith will stand.
And I will call upon your name, and keep my eyes above the waves. When oceans rise, my soul will rest in your embrace, for I am yours, and you are mine. (from the song Oceans by Hillsong)
Hey! How is your week going so far? Today I finished vocabulary for the year with a 25-question quiz drawn from around 210 words (what would I do without Quizlet??!!?!) AND I took a quiz/test on The Two Lives of Charlemagne, AND needless to say, I am pretty excited their over. 😀
For this post, two of my sisters and I went down to the beach “just to take a few quick pictures.” We ended up having so much fun that we stayed down there for around half an hour trying different angles, different poses, and different camera settings just taking pictures. We ended up with a good amount of pictures, and some very wet, sandy jeans. 😉
Officially soaked. Or at least my pants are officially soaked.
It’s absolutely amazing how much sand your jeans are capable of trapping in them just from splashing around in the ocean. Another foolproof method for getting even more sandy is to sit in the sand AFTER playing in the ocean while wearing jeans. Oh well, we were attempting to get creative pictures:
I doubled (more like tripled, just its hard to tell in this picture) my pearl necklace around my wrist to make a three-strand bracelet.
This necklace is from my Grandmother. It reminds me of sea glass. <3
Thank you so much for reading!!!!!
